About Me
My name is Gary Glover and I provide music lessons for students of varying abilities from beginner to advanced. I specialise in teaching Piano, Keyboard, Brass instruments and also offer GCSE and A level support.
Based in Arnold, Nottinghamshire, my private tuition draws on over 40 years of experience to ensure you achieve your musical goals and most importantly, enjoy playing music!
I am an Associate of the Royal College of Music and the London College of Music. In 1982 I graduated from the Royal Military School of Music, Kneller Hall, with several highly acclaimed awards including the Worshipful Company of Musicians prize for best overall student of the course. I hold Grade 8 (ABRSM) Piano and I am a member of the Incorporated Society of Musicians.
Awards
In 1982 I was recognised by the Worshipful Company of Musicians of London and was awarded the Cassel Medal and the Cousins Memorial Prize Medal for academic study. I was elected an Associate of the Royal College of Music in 1995 and in 2014 I was elected an Associate of the London College of Music.
